In case after having reserved through us you would find your reservation at a lower price online with the same apartment types, terms and conditions, we will match the price.

In order to do so, we kindly ask you to send an email within 24 hours since you made the reservation to info@nautilus-lanzarote.com sending the following details: name, number of your reservation in our Web, and Webpage where you found a lower price.

This guarantee is not valid on reservations which have check-in in that same day, it is only valid when the apartment can be booked at the mentioned lower rate online. The apartment must be available within 24 hours from the moment we validate your request. Screenshots are not accepted as proof. The lower price must be in the same currency. Guarantee not applicable in case of cancellation or no show. Guarantee not applicable for stays purchased through compensation and/or other special programs.

Payments: According to our policy, payment is to be made upon arrival. Any additional charges accrued during your stay must be paid 3 days before departure.
