| Cancellations | If you cancel up to four days before arrival date: the hotel will not charge. If you cancel out of the mentioned period or do not Show: the hotel will charge the first night In case you wish to cancel your reservation please contact info@nautilus-lanzarote.com. |
| Reservations and services | Special price for stays over four weeks. Please ask in reception. Possibility to rent DVD player, with free of charge films. Apartment with A/C for an extra 5€ charge per night. Half board: 16€/ Breakfast: 7 € Welcome pack: 5,50 € For transportation from/to airport, excursions for wheelchair users and rental of equipments for persons with limited mobility, please make a request upon reservation. |
| Children and extra beds | Children: 2 to 11 years of age. Older children are charged as adults. Babies are taken into account in the number of persons for the purposes of reservation. Chidren 12 or older and adults pay 15€ per person and night in extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds or cradles per apartment is 1. Extra beds and cradles available upon request, confirmation by Nautilus Lanzarote needed. Cradles are free of charge if available. Maximum one free of charge cradle per apartment. |
| Deposit | Nautilus Lanzarote charges 50% of the total reservation price in the moment of reservation. This amount is reimbursable. The remaining 50% will be charged upon check-in. This amount is reimbursable. |
| Pets | Not admitted. |
| Credit cards | Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro. Nautilus Lanzarote has the right to check validity of cards before arrival date. American Express cards are not accepted as a means of payment. The payment made upon reservation is a deposit. |
| Adapted apartments | Guests that need an adapted apartment should contact Nautllus Lanzarote in advance or signal this request in the "comments" part of the reservation form. |
| Best price guarantee | s from reservation in our Web, with the following information: name, number of your reservation in our Web, and Webpage where you found a lower price. This guarantee is not valid for reservations for check-in in that same day, and is only valid if the apartment can be booked the said lower price in the Internet. The apartment must be availabe within 24 hours from the moment we validate your request. Screenshots are not accepted as proof. The lower price must be in the same currency. Guarantee not applicable in case of cancellation or no show. Guarantee not applicable for stays purchased through compensation programs and other special programs. |
